Rechtsverbindliche Fassung · Nutzungsbedingungen für STL- und 3MF-Dateien

1. Gegenstand der Lizenz

Diese Lizenzbedingungen gelten für alle digitalen Dateien (STL, 3MF, ZIP und weitere Formate), die über den Download Hub von [Name / Patreon-Kanal: vandragon_de] bezogen werden. Die Dateien sind urheberrechtlich geschützt. Mit dem Download erwirbst du eine nicht-übertragbare, persönliche Nutzungslizenz gemäß den nachfolgenden Bedingungen.

2. Erlaubte Nutzung

Das ist erlaubt

  • Ausdrucken der Modelle für den persönlichen, privaten Gebrauch
  • Ausdrucken für Freunde und Familie ohne Bezahlung
  • Drucken einer begrenzten Anzahl (max. 5 Exemplare) für persönliche Sammlungen
  • Zeigen von Fotos gedruckter Modelle in sozialen Netzwerken mit Quellenangabe
  • Modifikation der Dateien für den eigenen, privaten Gebrauch

Das ist nicht erlaubt

  • Weitergabe der digitalen Dateien an Dritte (weder kostenlos noch gegen Bezahlung)
  • Verkauf gedruckter Modelle ohne ausdrückliche schriftliche Genehmigung
  • Veröffentlichung auf Thingiverse, Printables, MyMiniFactory oder ähnlichen Plattformen
  • Nutzung für kommerzielle Zwecke ohne Lizenzvereinbarung
  • Massenproduktion und Verkauf (z.B. Etsy, eBay, Flohmärkte)
  • Entfernen oder Verändern von Wasserzeichen, Signaturen oder Urheberrechtshinweisen
  • Reverse Engineering zum Zweck der kommerziellen Verwertung

3. Kommerzielle Nutzung

Eine kommerzielle Nutzung (Verkauf von Drucken, Auftragsdrucke etc.) ist grundsätzlich möglich, erfordert aber eine separate schriftliche Lizenzvereinbarung. Anfragen bitte an: webmaster@tthoss.de

4. Urheberrechtshinweis

Alle Modelle sind geistiges Eigentum von [Name] und urheberrechtlich geschützt. Das Urheberrecht verbleibt beim Ersteller. Der Kauf eines Patreon-Abonnements oder das Herunterladen einer Datei überträgt keine Eigentumsrechte.

5. Quellenangabe

Beim Teilen von Fotos oder Videos gedruckter Modelle bitten wir um folgende Quellenangabe:

6. Lizenzentzug

Bei Verstoß gegen diese Bedingungen erlischt die Nutzungslizenz sofort und automatisch. Wir behalten uns vor, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.

7. Haftungsausschluss

Die bereitgestellten Dateien wurden sorgfältig erstellt. Eine Haftung für Schäden, die durch den Druck oder die Nutzung der Modelle entstehen, wird ausgeschlossen, soweit dies gesetzlich zulässig ist. Das Drucken und die Nutzung erfolgen auf eigenes Risiko.

8. Anwendbares Recht

Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Gerichtsstand ist [Ort], soweit gesetzlich zulässig.

1. Subject of the License

These license terms apply to all digital files (STL, 3MF, ZIP and other formats) obtained through the Download Hub by [Name / Patreon channel: vandragon_de]. The files are protected by copyright. By downloading, you acquire a non-transferable, personal license under the following conditions.

2. Permitted Use

This is permitted

  • Printing the models for personal, private use
  • Printing for friends and family without charge
  • Printing a limited number (max. 5 copies) for personal collections
  • Sharing photos of printed models on social media with proper credit
  • Modifying the files for your own personal, private use

This is not permitted

  • Sharing the digital files with third parties (neither for free nor for payment)
  • Selling printed models without explicit written permission
  • Publishing the files on Thingiverse, Printables, MyMiniFactory or similar platforms
  • Use for any commercial purpose without a license agreement
  • Mass production and sale (e.g. Etsy, eBay, markets)
  • Removing or altering watermarks, signatures or copyright notices
  • Reverse engineering for commercial exploitation

3. Commercial Use

Commercial use (selling prints, commission printing, etc.) is possible in principle, but requires a separate written commercial license agreement. Please contact: webmaster@tthoss.de

4. Copyright Notice

All models are the intellectual property of [Name] and are protected by copyright. The copyright remains with the creator. Purchasing a Patreon subscription or downloading a file does not transfer any ownership rights.

5. Attribution

When sharing photos or videos of printed models, we kindly ask you to credit:

6. Revocation of License

In the event of a violation of these terms, the license expires immediately and automatically. We reserve the right to take legal action.

7. Disclaimer

The files provided have been created with great care. Liability for any damage caused by printing or using the models is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Printing and use are entirely at your own risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Place of jurisdiction is [City], Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
